FUJI INVERTED BOX MOTION
If the nature of the product requires transfer directly to the film from the supply to the packaging machine, it is necessary to use a packaging machine with reverse sealing (so-called "Back Seal") with the supply of film from the bottom of the machine.
The "Box Motion" cross-jaw sealing method achieves the highest film sealing quality on the market, necessary for hermetic and protective atmosphere packaging (MAP). The Fuji packaging machine with Box Motion technology can reach a speed of up to 150 packages per minute, in the High-Speed Box Motion version up to 450 packages per minute.
Box Motion is characterized by low maintenance requirements, faster and more efficient exchange of products and formats with a minimum requirement for operator qualification.
